Upgrade your entire PA system.Replace nothing.

• No account, no internet. Open the app and use it — nothing is set up online and no data leaves the device.
• It plays through your connected speaker or PA. Announce sends audio to whatever output the device is connected to. Connect to your PA the way you normally would, then confirm the output in the app before going live.
• Do a test first. Run one low-volume test before you rely on it, so you know the audio reaches the right speakers.

The bar along the bottom of the screen is how you move around:

• Dashboard — see what's playing next and what's scheduled today.
• Record — record your voice or import audio into your sound library.
• Announce — set up and play announcements.
• Schedule — create and manage automated bells and timed announcements.
• Settings — audio output, preferences, and app options.

Two quick controls sit at the top-right of the Dashboard: Live Mic and Emergency.

The first screen you see. At a glance:

• Next Bell — the name of the next scheduled item and a live countdown.
• Today's Schedule — everything queued for today, with a Next marker on the upcoming item.
• Active indicator — a badge showing how many schedules are switched on.
• Live Mic & Emergency shortcuts in the top-right.

If the countdown is running and the right item shows as next, your schedule is working.

Everything Announce plays lives in your sound library. Fill it three ways:

1. Record your own voice — tap record, speak, and save with a clear name (e.g. “Period 1 Bell”).
2. Import audio files — bring in audio you already have.
3. Use the built-in sounds — tones like School Bell Long, Classic Alarm, and 3 Tone Chime are included.

Your audio is sorted into Recordings, Imported, and Built-In, and each clip has a play button and shows its length so you can preview it.

The heart of the app — set it once and it plays automatically.

1. Go to Schedule and add a new entry.
2. Set Time — choose when it plays.
3. Repeat Days — Everyday, Mon–Fri, or specific days.
4. Choose Sound — pick a clip from your library.
5. Tap Done to save.

Each entry shows its time, name, repeat pattern, and an on/off toggle — flip it off to pause without deleting. New to the app? Start with a single bell or schedule to see it run on your own speakers before building a full day.

1. Tap Live Mic at the top-right of the Dashboard.
2. Confirm the output at the bottom shows your intended speaker.
3. Tap the microphone button to start — you'll see a live waveform and timer.
4. Speak normally, then tap again to stop.

Toggle Mode switches between tap-to-start/stop and hold-to-talk. Pre-Chime / Post-Chime add an attention tone before and after, and a loud-volume reminder helps protect hearing.

The Emergency button gives fast access to alert tones — like an evacuation signal — without digging through menus. Because an accidental alert is serious, it uses hold-to-confirm: select the alert, then hold to confirm before it broadcasts.

Set this up in advance. Record or assign emergency messages before you need them, and run a low-volume test so you know which button does what under pressure.

Confirm your audio output and adjust preferences here. Check your output first whenever a broadcast isn't reaching the right speakers.

• Keep the device charged or plugged in — a dead battery is the most common, most preventable failure.
• It works fully offline, so a network outage won't stop your bells — just keep the device connected to the speaker output.
• Test after any change to a schedule, recording, or output.
• Designate a backup operator who knows Live Mic and the Emergency button.
